Working with QRS is a positive career move. We’re renowned for our commitment to developing and advancing employees' careers.
All employees have individual training plans allowing them to acquire new skills, increase their contribution to QRS and build self-esteem. Staff can earn classes 1-5 vehicle licences, apprenticeships in civil infrastructure, surfacing, earthworks, and mechanics, complete certificates in highway engineering and business, and take on diploma and degree level courses. We cover the cost of training and study, and we celebrate education success.
