We enhance and protect the natural environment we work in. We have a special relationship with iwi, and we’re helping out in your community.

Our Team


QRS is 100 percent owned by Wairoa District Council (WDC) and is responsible for maintenance of the unsealed road network. It also manages a number of local quarries, and takes on multiple civil construction projects.
