As an award-winning ISO accredited civil construction company, we provide solutions and excellence in the creation and maintenance of infrastructure.

We have all the preferred supplier ISO accreditations and pre-qualifications you would expect a company of our size and scale to have. Our clients include Wairoa District Council, Waka Kotahi NZTA, and Higgins. In the past four years we have delivered a number of small and large Provincial Growth Fund funded-projects, and continue to work on smaller infrastructure projects in the private sector for customers including Rocket Lab and AFFCO Wairoa.

Over the past three years we’ve developed strong relationships with sub-contractors who share our values: equality, pride, and respect. The most recent example of this was in 2020 when we worked side-by-side with Fulton Hogan capitalising on our individual strengths to improve 12.5km of road on Mahia Peninsular.

QRS has the relevant Waka Kotahi NZTA and North Island worksite pre-qualifications ensuring we’re an appropriately skilled and experienced company to work with.
