Congratulations to Jeremy Harker on completing a post-graduate diploma

Congratulations to Quality Roading and Services people and capabilities manager Jeremy Harker who finished a post-graduate diploma in business.

Jeremy, who already has a bachelor of arts in geography and politics and a masters in management studies, started the diploma a couple of years ago but had pushed pause on completing it. With encouragement from the QRS board and colleagues he picked it up again.

“It was their push, but also probably the motivation to finish it came from the fact that I dislike unfinished business,” he says.

Jeremy says he enjoyed applying the work he does as QRS’s senior human resources manager to many of his assignments. “The course has provided me some insight into best practice but it was fantastic to see that QRS is certainly in step with what is happening nationally in this space.”

Jeremy thanks the company for the chance to finish the course and paid tribute to his wife Paula who picked up more home-based activities while he studied at night.
