Workshop and Store Administrator

We’re looking for a Workshop and Store Administrator to provide administration support to our workshop team from January 2025. The successful applicant will report to the Business Support Manager.

He or she will input data into our risk and incident reporting platform and keep our vehicle tracking systems up to date. You will also provide operational reports to the workshop manager, invoicing, and oversee plant maintenance schedules. This role has a customer service focus with staff and stakeholders.

It will suit someone who has strong people and relationship skills. Office and file management experience as well as Microsoft Office skills are essential. Automotive diesel technician

We’re looking for an automotive diesel technician to join the QRS workshop. The successful applicant will assist in the provision of efficient and effective mechanical repairs and servicing of plant and equipment owned, leased, and hired by QRS. This person will also be part of the workshop on-call roster for after-hours emergency response. Applicants must have trade certification in heavy automotive engineering (diesel) and experience in the repair and maintenance of plant and machinery. QRS’s well-resourced workshop is the nerve centre of the business, and any new staff member can expect to enjoy valuable support and insight from the workshop’s existing staff.
